General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Reservation and Payment
By making a reservation, you agree to pay the full amount for your stay as specified at the time of booking. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Payment can be made in advance or upon check-in, depending on the rate and reservation type. The hotel reserves the right to charge a deposit or the full reservation amount at any time before the check-in date.
2. Cancellations and Modifications
- Flexible Rate: Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date. If cancelled later, or in case of a no-show, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
- Non-Refundable Rate: Full payment is required at the time of booking, and cancellations or modifications are not permitted. No refund will be given for cancellations or no-shows.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Behavior
Guests are expected to respect the property, hotel staff, and other guests during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service, remove guests from the premises, or charge additional fees for damages caused by disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
5. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuables. The hotel is not liable for any third-party actions that might result in harm or loss.
